Improvement Effect of Metronidazole Mixture on Clinical Symptoms and Life Quality for Patients with Dental Pulp Disease As an Auxiliary Filling Therapy
Objective To analyze improvement effect of metronidazole mixture on clinical symptoms and life quality of patients in auxiliary filling treatment of dental pulp disease.Methods The paper chose 106 patients with dental pulp disease from June 2021 to December 2022 as observation subjects,and divided them into control group of 53 cases and experimental group of 53 cases randomly,with routine treatment.Experimental group was supplemented with metronidazole mixture for filling treatment on the basis.Curative effect between two groups was observed.Results Total effective rate of clinical effect in control group after treatment was 81.13%,total incidence of adverse reactions was 18.87%,recurrence rate was 16.98%.Total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions,and recurrence rate in experimental group was 96.23%,5.67%,and 1.87%respectively,with P<0.05.After treatment,chewing function scores,bite force,chewing efficiency,hs CRP,IL-6,sICAM-1 and other levels were better than before treatment(P<0.05),experimental group showed better results than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metronidazole mixture can effectively improve curative effect,clinical symptoms,life quality for dental pulp disease as an adjuvant filling therapy,which has high promotion value.
