Clinical Medical Treatment Effect of Diabetes with Cardio Cerebrovascular Disease
Objective To analyze effect of clinical medical treatment on blood glucose and ECG of patients with diabetes complicated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods The paper chose 70 patients with diabetes complicated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly, with 35 cases in each group.Control group was treated with general treatment methods, and observation group with clinical medical comprehensive treatment methods.Treatment effect, changes in blood glucose levels before and after treatment, changes in electrocardiogram indicators before and after treatment, and treatment satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results Observation group had higher clinical effect than control group,(P<0.05).Difference in fasting blood glucose levels between observation group and control group before treatment was not significant(P>0.05).After treatment, average fasting blood glucose level showed significant downward trend, while observation group showed more significant trend(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between observation group and control group the total T wave inversion and ST segment total pressure before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, average T wave inversion and ST segment total pressure decreased significantly, observation group showed more significant trend(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree in observation group was higher than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical medical treatment can improve blood sugar status and ECG indicators of patients with diabetes combined with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, with better and satisfactory treatment effect.
