Value Analysis of Serum Alpha Fetoprotein Detection in Diagnosis of Primary Liver Cancer
Objective To analyze value of serum alpha fetoprotein detection in diagnosis of primary liver cancer. Methods The paper chose 57 patients with primary liver cancer in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 as observation group, and another 57 daily physical examination patients during the same period as control group. All subjects were treated with serum alpha fetoprotein testing, detection rate of serum alpha fetoprotein for primary liver cancer was analyzed.Specificity, sensitivity, and optimal differentiation threshold of serum alpha fetoprotein for primary liver cancer were determined by ROC curves. Results 47 cases of primary liver cancer were detected through serum alpha fetoprotein testing, accuracy of serum alpha fetoprotein detection of patients with primary liver cancer was 82.46%,there was significant difference in serum alpha fetoprotein levels between observation group and control group(P<0.05).Area,specificity,and sensitivity under ROC curve for predicting serum alpha fetoprotein value in distinguishing primary liver cancer was 0.922,81.15%,and 94.07%respectively,with the best judgment value of 0.31.Conclusion Serum alpha fetoprotein can diagnose primary liver cancer patients accurately, with high specificity and sensitivity.
