Application Effect Research of Vascular Puncture in Improving Comprehensive Ability of Hemodialysis Room Nurses
Objective To explore application effect of vascular puncture in improving comprehensive ability of hemodialysis room nurses.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with internal fistula dialysis for the first time in hemodialysis room of our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into groups according to admission time,odd numbered patients were included in control group(n=50)and even numbered patients in study group(n=50).Control group was treated with routine rope ladder puncture method,while study group with rope ladder puncture method guided by vascular puncture map.Difference in success rate and incidence of complications of one-time puncture,critical thinking ability and health promotion ability of nurses was observed and compared between two groups before and after training.Results Success rate of one-time puncture in study group was higher than control group,P<0.05.Incidence of complications in study group was significantly lower than control group.Critical thinking ability and health promotion ability of nurses after training was significantly higher than after training,with P<0.05.Conclusion Vascular puncture guided puncture can ensure success rate of one-time puncture and reduce incidence of complications,improve critical thinking ability and health promotion ability of hemodialysis room nurses.
