Effect Comparison of Thrombectomy and Stent Thrombectomy in Treatment of Acute Intracranial Vascular Occlusion
Objective To analyze effect of thrombectomy and stent thrombectomy in treatment of acute intracranial vascular occlusion. Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed 50 patients with acute intracranial vascular occlusion in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups based on different thrombus removal methods, with 25 cases in each group.Control group was treated with stent thrombus removal surgery, while observation group with thrombus extraction surgery.Clinical data between two groups were analyzed. Results Observation group had shorter puncture vascular recanalization time and one complete recanalization surgery time than control group(P<0.05),number of cases with good prognosis after 90 days was higher than control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between two groups(P>0.05),including intravenous thrombolysis, complete recanalization, complete vascular occlusion recanalization, postoperative 1-week NIHSS,intraoperative thrombus escape, and symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage. Conclusion Thrombectomy method has advantages of short surgical time and simple operation for acute intracranial vascular occlusion, can open occluded blood vessels in the shortest possible time and restore cerebral perfusion of ischemic diseases, which is recommended for further promotion and comprehensive application in clinical practice.
