Objective To analyze curative effect of levofloxacin combined with Tanreqing injection on pneumonia.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with pneumonia in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into two groups with color ball grouping method,with red as control group,treated with levofloxacin treatment,and blue as study group,with levofloxacin combined with Tanreqing injection treatment.Treatment effect was compared.Results Treatment effect and shadow absorption rate of study group was higher than control group,with P<0.05.Disappearance time of various symptoms in study group was shorter than control group,difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in serum inflammatory factor indicators between two groups before treatment,with P>0.05.After treatment,the CRP,PTC,and IL-8 levels in study group were lower than control group,with P<0.05.There was no significant difference in relevant lung function indicators between two groups before treatment,with P>0.05.After treatment,the FEV1,MVV,and FVC indicators in study group were higher than control group,with P<0.05.Incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Tanreqing injection combined with levofloxacin can improve curative effect of pneumonia,level of inflammatory factors,accelerate symptom disappearance time of pneumonia patients,which has clinical application value.
