Effect of Red Blood Cell Infusion and Iron Overload on T Lymphocyte Subsets of Aplastic Anemia Patients
Objective To analyze curative effect of red blood cell infusion and iron overload on T lymphocyte subsets of aplastic anemia patients, and provide reference for future clinical practice. Methods The paper chose 68 patients with aplastic anemia admitted to a hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,and divided them into effective infusion group and ineffective infusion group based on effective infusion, with 34 cases in each group. Results of T lymphocyte subsets in both groups were analyzed. Results Difference in T lymphocyte test between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).CD3+index of non iron overload patients in effective and ineffective transfusion groups was higher than iron overload patients, difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Long term reliance on red blood cell infusion can cause iron overload of patients, and iron overload can achieve effect on CD3+T lymphocytes, especially when red blood cell infusion is effective.
