Effect Discussion of Metformin Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets in Treatment of Community Diabetes
Objective To investigate curative effect of metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in treatment of community diabetes.Methods The paper chose 110 patients with type 2 diabetes in our community from May 2022 to May 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly:control group was treated with metformin tablets,and observation group with metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets.Results Effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,observation group showed higher decrease in FGB,2hPG,and HbA1c than control group,demonstrating better hypoglycemic effect(P<0.05).After treatment,TC,TG,HOMA-IR in observation group was lower than control group,while HOMA-IS was higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets can achieve significant effect in treatment of community diabetes,can control blood sugar,improve function of pancreatic islets effectively,and reduce blood lipid synergistically,which has high drug safety.
