Teaching Mode Construction of Laboratory Internship in Nuclear Medicine Based on Quality Control Concept
Objective To analyze construction method and application effect of nuclear medicine laboratory internship teaching mode based on quality control concept.Methods The paper chose 80 interns majoring in nuclear medicine laboratory from December 2022 to June 2023,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine internship guidance,while observation group with internship guidance based on quality control concepts.Teaching effect was compared.Results Observation group had higher academic performance than control group(P<0.05).Teaching effect scores in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guidance based on quality control concepts has significant effect on improving academic performance,enhancing teaching effectiveness and satisfaction degree of nuclear medicine laboratory interns.
