Influence of Fine Nursing on Self Care Ability and Pregnancy Outcome of Gestational Diabetes Patients under King's Mutual Aid Compliance Theory
Objective To explore effect of fine nursing on self-care ability and pregnancy outcome of gestational diabetes patients(GDM)under King's mutual aid compliance theory. Methods The paper chose 60 GDM patients admitted to Nantong University affiliated Nantong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2020 to March 2023,and divided them into two groups with random number table method.30 cases in control group were treated with routine nursing, while 30 cases in observation group with fine nursing under King's mutual aid compliance theory.Difference of self-care ability and pregnancy outcomes between two groups after intervention was compared. Results After intervention, scores of all dimensions of self-care ability scale in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Interventions of fine nursing for GDM patients can enhance self-care ability significantly and reduce risks of adverse pregnancy outcomes effectively under King's mutual aid compliance theory.
