Application of Quality Nursing for Patients with Lumbar Spine Fracture Surgery
Objective To explore nursing effect of quality nursing on lumbar spine fracture surgery.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with lumbar vertebral fractures from March 2022 to March 2023,and divided them into groups by drawing lots,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with quality nursing.Recovery time(length of stay,bed time),pain(VAS),lumbar spine function(JOA),lower limb function(FMA),life ability(BI),and incidence of complications was compared between two groups.Results Length of stay and out of bed time in observation group was shorter than control group(P<0.05).After 1 week of surgery,pain symptom scores in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).JOA,FMA,and BI scores in observation group after nursing were better than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in observation group was lower than control group,difference was significant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality nursing can shorten length of sty and out of bed time,improve thoracic and lumbar spine function,lower limb motor function,living ability significantly,reduce complications,which has high application advantages.
