Application of Evidence-based Nursing Based on Caprini Risk Assessment in the Prevention of VTE in Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery Patients
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing based on Caprini risk assessment model in the prevention of venous thromboembolism in gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients. Methods 200 gynecological patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were included.VTE risk assessment was performed by Caprini risk model. The control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received evidence-based nursing combined with Caprini risk assessment results.Red blood cell aggregation, venous flow velocity and VTE were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative VTE was 3%in the experimental group, and with significant difference between groups(P=0.036).After operation, the erythrocyte aggregation index in experimental group was lower than control group, and PT and blood flow velocity were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing based on Caprini risk assessment model can effectively prevent the occurrence of venous thromboembolism in gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
