Effect of Multi-Modal Stratified Psychological Intervention Combined with Family Accompanying Delivery Education on Physical and Mental Stress and Fear of Primiparous Women with Painless Delivery
Objective To explore effect of multimodal stratified psychological intervention combined with family accompanying delivery education on physical and mental stress and fear of primiparous women with painless delivery. Methods The paper chose 76 primiparous women admitted to obstetrics department of our hospital from March 2020 to April 2023,and divided them into combination group and control group according to simple random blind selection method, with 38 cases in each group. Before and after intervention, psychological health indicators were evaluated between two groups, including Hamilton Anxiety Self Rating Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Self Rating Scale(HAMD),fear of childbirth, and delivery outcomes. Results HAMA scores,HAMD scores, and CAQ scores after intervention in combination group were lower scores than control group, difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Combination group had higher natural delivery rate(57.89%)than control group(34.21%),difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Postpartum bleeding volume in combination group was lower, difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During total labor process, combination group had shorter duration, difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5-minute A-scores of newborns in combination group were higher, difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of multi-mode stratified psychological intervention and family accompanying childbirth education can alleviate physical and mental stress response of primiparous women with painless delivery effectively, can reduce fear of childbirth, and improve delivery outcome of primiparous women.
