Effect Analysis of Detail Management on Nursing Effect and Pulmonary Function of Children with Pneumonia
Objective To evaluate effect of detail management on nursing effect and pulmonary function of pediatric pneumonia.Methods The paper chose 82 children with pneumonia in Guangzhou City the First People's Hospital Nansha Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022,and divided them into control group(41 cases,treated with routine nursing management)and observation group(41 cases,with detail management)with random number table method.Pulmonary function,recovery time,parental awareness,and parental satisfaction degree was evaluated between groups.Results ① Before nursing,there was no difference in pulmonary function and parental awareness between groups,P>0.05.After nursing,observation group had higher pulmonary function and parental awareness,with P<0.05;② Observation group had shorter recovery time and higher parental satisfaction degree than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Detail management can promote recovery,improve pulmonary function,and increase parental awareness and satisfaction degree of pediatric pneumonia,which is worth promoting.
