Effect Observation of Internet Health Education on Optimizing Management of Chronic Disease Patients in Physical Examination Center
Objective To study effect of Internet health education on optimizing management of chronic disease patients in physical examination center under big data.Methods The paper chose The paper divided 160 patients with chronic diseases in physical examination center from January 2020 to December 2022 into two groups according to coin toss method.Reference group(80 cases)was treated with routine management,and experiment group(80 cases)with Internet health education under big data.Management effect was evaluated by comparing self-management ability and chronic disease incidence rate between two groups.Results After intervention,self-management ability(ESCA)scores of experimental group were higher than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,incidence of diabetes and hypertension in experiment group was lower than reference group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Internet health education can optimize management effect,improve self-management ability and health level of patients with chronic diseases in physical examination center,which is suitable for further promotion.
