目的 本研究旨在分析前瞻性护理配合CICARE沟通模式在消毒供应中心的应用效果。方法 采用前后对照研究设计,2020年1月—2021年12月,在消毒供应中心使用医院传统管理制度管理,作为对照组;2020年1月—2021年12月,消毒供应中心使用前瞻性护理配合CICARE沟通模式管理,作为观察组。对期间的不良事件、科室满意度和工作效率进行深入评估。结果 与传统护理管理相比,采用前瞻性护理配合CICARE沟通模式组显示了显著改善的效果。在科室满意度、工作效率和不良事件方面均有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 前瞻性护理配合CICARE沟通模式在消毒供应中心的应用显示了积极的效果,不仅提高了医护人员之间的沟通效率,还提高了科室满意度并减少了不良事件。
Application Effect Analysis of Prospective Nursing Combined with CICARE Communication Mode Management in Disinfection Supply Centers
Objective To analyze application effect of prospective nursing combined with CICARE communication model in disinfection supply centers.Methods The paper carried on before and after control study design,control group was treated with traditional hospital management systems in disinfection supply center from January 2020 to December 2021,and observation group with prospective nursing combined with CICARE communication mode management in disinfection supply center from January 2020 to December 2021.Adverse events,department satisfaction degree,work efficiency were evaluated deeply during the period.Results The group with prospective nursing combined with CICARE communication model showed more significant improvement than traditional nursing management.There was statistically significant improvement in department satisfaction degree,work efficiency,and adverse events(P<0.05).Conclusion Prospective nursing combined with CICARE communication model has shown positive effect in disinfection supply center,can enhance communication efficiency between medical staff,and improve department satisfaction degree and reduce adverse events.
