Effect of Early Nursing Intervention on Elderly Patients with Frailty and Dysphagia
Objective To analyze effect of early nursing intervention on elderly frailty patients with dysphagia.Methods The paper chose 30 patients with elderly frailty and dysphagia for study,and divided them into control group(n=15)and study group(n=15)randomly,treated with routine nursing and early nursing interventions respectively.Nursing effect was observed,and study period was from February 2023 to July 2023.Results Improvement of swallowing function in study group was better than control group.Nutritional indicators of study group were higher than control group,incidence of complications in study group was lower than control group,comparison of above indicators was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early nursing intervention has significant nursing effect,can effectively improve degree of swallowing disorders,enhance swallowing function,ensure nutrition,and reduce incidence of complications of elderly frail patients with dysphagia,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
