摘要

目的探讨早期护理干预对老年衰弱合并吞咽功能障碍患者的影响.方法选取2023年2月—2023年7月本院收治的30例老年衰弱合并吞咽功能障碍的患者为研究对象,入院后以随机、单盲法分为对照组(n=15)、研究组(n=15)两组,分别给予常规护理、早期护理干预,观察护理效果.结果研究组较对照组吞咽功能改善情况更优;研究组较对照组的营养指标更高;研究组较对照组的并发症发生率更低,上述指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对老年衰弱合并吞咽障碍患者应用早期护理干预的方式,护理效果显著,有效改善患者的吞咽障碍程度,提升患者的吞咽功能,保证患者营养,减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用.

Abstract

Objective To analyze effect of early nursing intervention on elderly frailty patients with dysphagia.Methods The paper chose 30 patients with elderly frailty and dysphagia for study,and divided them into control group(n=15)and study group(n=15)randomly,treated with routine nursing and early nursing interventions respectively.Nursing effect was observed,and study period was from February 2023 to July 2023.Results Improvement of swallowing function in study group was better than control group.Nutritional indicators of study group were higher than control group,incidence of complications in study group was lower than control group,comparison of above indicators was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early nursing intervention has significant nursing effect,can effectively improve degree of swallowing disorders,enhance swallowing function,ensure nutrition,and reduce incidence of complications of elderly frail patients with dysphagia,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
