摘要
目的 分析优质护理服务模式在手术室护理效果中的影响.方法 选取2021年1月—2022年1月来本院就诊的50例手术室患者作为研究对象,通过随机抽签分类的方式将其分为观察组、对照组,每组25例.对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用优质护理服务模式.两组患者总治疗时间、疼痛时间、护理满意度比较.结果 对照组和观察组在总治疗时间和疼痛时间上的差异都具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组在护理满意度方面表现出明显的优势,患者对观察组的护理服务更加满意(P<0.05).结论 优质护理服务模式在手术室护理中的影响主要体现在患者满意度提高、护理质量改善、患者安全保障、护理团队协作提升以及持续改进与专业发展等方面.通过提供高品质、安全和个性化的护理服务,该模式能够提高手术室护理的效果和质量,促进患者的康复和健康.
Abstract
Objective To analyze effect of high-quality nursing service models on nursing effect in operating room.Methods The paper chose 50 patients in operating room of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into observation group and control group and randomly by drawing lots.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with high-quality nursing service models.Total postoperative treatment time,pain time,and nursing satisfaction degree was compared between two groups of patients.Results Difference in total postoperative treatment time and pain time between control group and observation group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group showed significant advantage in nursing satisfaction degree,and patients in observation group were more satisfied with nursing services(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing service models have effect of improving satisfaction degree,nursing quality,safety of patients and nursing team collaboration in operating room,with continuous improvement and professional development.By providing high-quality,safe,and personalized nursing services,the model can improve nursing effect and quality in operating room,promote recovery and health of patients.
