Effect and Accuracy Study of Cardiac Ultrasound Diagnosis of Hypertensive Left Ventricular Hypertrophy with Left Heart Failure
Objective To analyze the effect of echocardiography in the diagnosis of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure, and to evaluate the accuracy of this diagnosis. Methods 100 suspected patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy and left heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as research samples, and the results were detected by echocardiography, and the clinical comprehensive diagnosis was taken as the gold standard. The results were compared with the gold standard to verify the difference between the detection and the gold standard. To observe the indexes of cardiac ultrasound diagnosis. To classify patients'cardiac function and explore the ultrasonic results under different grades. Results The coincidence rate, specificity and sensitivity of cardiac ultrasound diagnosis were high, and the convergence with the final diagnosis was prominent.LVEDD,LVESD and E/EA of positive people were higher than those of negative people, and the rest were lower than those of negative people(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in various indexes of cardiac function in patients with different grades(P<0.05).Conclusion Echocardiography in hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy and left heart failure can effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis, effectively respond to patients'various cardiac functions, and at the same time, diagnosis can reflect patients'cardiac functions in different grades, which provides sufficient basis for diagnosis and follow-up treatment.
