摘要
心血管疾病的发病率不断上升且病死率较高,严重危害人类生命健康.半乳糖凝集素-3在机体细胞间相互作用过程中起着细胞增殖、凋亡调节、炎症反应、纤维化和宿主防御等多种生物学作用.近年来,半乳糖凝集素-3研究取得重大进展且在心血管疾病中的作用受到越来越多的关注.半乳糖凝集素-3作为心脏生物标志物已被证明是成人的重要预后工具.然而,它尚未在儿科人群中作为日常临床实践中的生物标志物建立.该文综述半乳糖凝集素-3在心力衰竭、病毒性心肌炎、川崎病、心律失常等心血管疾病诊治中的应用.
Abstract
Incidence rate of cardiovascular diseases has been rising with high mortality,which endangers human life and health seriously.Galactin-3 plays various biological roles during process of intercellular interactions in the body,including cell proliferation,apoptosis regulation,inflammatory response,fibrosis,and host defense.Study of galactin-3 has been made significant progress in recent years,whose role in cardiovascular disease has been paid attention to increasingly.Galactin-3,as a cardiac biomarker,has been proved to be an important prognostic tool for adults.However,it has not yet been a biomarker in daily clinical practice of pediatric population.The article reviews application of galactin-3 in diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases including heart failure,viral myocarditis,Kawasaki disease and arrhythmia.
