Analysis of the Improvement of Daily Living Skills in Stroke Hemiplegia Rehabilitation Treatment with Compulsory Motor Therapy
Objective To explore the application value of compulsory motor therapy in the rehabilitation treatment of stroke hemiplegia.Methods Sixty patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of Changshu Second People's Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 30 patients in each group.The experimental group received compulsory motor therapy,while the control group received conventional motor therapy.The differences in nursing effects between the two groups were compared.Results ① When comparing the effective rates of the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,with P<0.05.② Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the clinical related scores between the experimental group and the control group,with P>0.05.After the intervention,there were significant differences in the upper limb function score,lower limb function index,and daily living ability score between the experimental group and the control group,with P<0.05.③ When comparing the overall satisfaction rate of nursing work between the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group was significantly higher than the latter,with P<0.05.Conclusion The use of compulsory motor therapy in the rehabilitation treatment of stroke hemiplegia has significant effects,which can effectively improve the upper and lower limb functions and daily living skills of patients,and increase patients'satisfaction with nursing work.
