Clinical Effect Study of RPH Combined with External Exfoliation and Internal Ligation and Poly(Cinnamyl Alcohol)in Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoids
Objective To analyze effect of RPH combined with external peeling and internal ligation and polyoxymethylene alcohol in treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods The paper chose 30 patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022as samples, and divided them into two groups randomly.Control groups was treated with procedure for prolapsing hemorrhoids, and observation group with RPH combined with external dissection and internal ligation and paclitaxel.Corresponding situations of surgical indicators, pain, anal function, and complications under different treatment schemes were explored. Results Surgical indicators in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Postoperative pain scores in observation group was lower(P<0.05).Preoperative and postoperative comparison showed decrease in anal function scores between two groups, with more significant decrease in observation group.(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in observation group was lower than control group, above difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of RPH surgery, external exfoliation and internal ligation and poly(cinnamyl alcohol)can achieve significant curative effect in comprehensive treatment of mixed hemorrhoids patients, can help patients suppress postoperative complications effectively, improve surgical outcomes, and reduce postoperative pains, with significant overall performance under the combined treatment plan.
