Current Situation and Influencing Factors Analysis of Pulmonary Infection of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To explore current situation of pulmonary infection of patients with acute cerebral infarction and analyze its influencing factors. Methods The paper chose clinical data of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction in neurology department of our hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 with convenience sampling method, analyzed current situation of pulmonary infection and risk factors of pulmonary infection. Results Among 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction, average age was(54.35±10.46),ranging from 44 to 78.37 cases had pulmonary infection during hospitalization, incidence of pulmonary infection was 30.83%.General information and single factor analysis showed, chronic respiratory diseases, smoking history, diabetes,GCS scores, and vomiting before hospitalization were independent risk factors for pulmonary infection of ischemic stroke patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Incidence of pulmonary infection of patients with acute cerebral infarction is at a relatively high level.Chronic respiratory diseases, smoking history, diabetes, and vomiting before hospitalization are risk factors for pulmonary infection of patients with ischemic stroke.Clinical staff can carry out preventive management in advance for such high-risk groups to reduce incidence of pulmonary infections of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
