Clinical Effect Analysis of Diet and Exercise Intervention on Patients with Hyperuricemia
Objective To analyze effect of dietary and exercise intervention programs on condition improvement of patients with hyperuricemia. Methods The paper chose 63 patients with hyperuricemia from January 2021 to July 2022 as medical research group,62 healthy subjects as control group.Application effect of dietary and exercise care plans was evaluated. Results Comparison of effect analysis showed intervention group had more significant statistical effect, difference between groups was statistically significant,(P<0.05).After intervention, intervention group showed significant improvement in serum insulin, uric acid levels, fasting blood glucose levels, and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels, with statistically significant difference between groups,(P<0.05).Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in blood lipid indicators between two groups,(P>0.05).After intervention, intervention group had better blood lipid indicators than control group, there was statistically significant difference between groups,(P<0.05).Before intervention, comparison between nutritional status and BMI index was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After intervention, nutritional status values and BMI index results in intervention group were significantly better than control group, difference was statistically significant between groups,(P<0.05).Conclusion Research data strongly supports effect of dietary and exercise intervention plans in improving clinical symptoms of hyperuricemia, further promoting nutritional status, enhancing body mass index, and optimizing prognostic life quality scores of patients.
