Clinical Analysis and Prevention of Postoperative Complications of Ring Laser Closure Treatment for Varicosis of Great Saphenous Vein
Objective To explore and analyze postoperative complications and prevention points of ring laser closure treatment for varicosis of great saphenous vein. Methods The paper chose 50 patients with surgery of varicosis of great saphenous vein in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2023,and divided them into observation group(n=25)and control group(n=25)based on surgery.Observation group was treated with closed loop laser(single loop, wavelength 1470nm)treatment,while control group with traditional surgical treatment.Surgical indicators, postoperative recovery, postoperative complications,VCSS,CIVIQ scores, and other factors were compared and analyzed between two groups. Results Intraoperative blood loss in observation group was lower than control group, surgical time and total incision length was shorter than control group.Data difference was significant between two groups,(P<0.05).VAS scores of observation group were lower than control group, and disappearance time of limb soreness, discharge time, and heaviness and numbness in affected limb was shorter than indicators of control group.Comparison was significant between two groups(P<0.05).Postoperative complications including subcutaneous bruising, thrombotic superficial phlebitis, saphenous nerve damage, and incision infection in observation group were lower than control group, comparison was significant between two groups,(P<0.05).Comparison of preoperative VCSS and CIVIQ scores between two groups of study subjects was not significant(P>0.05).Six months after surgery, both groups of study subjects had better VCSS and CIVIQ scores than before surgery(P>0.05).VCSS and CIVIQ scores of observation group were better than control group at 6 months after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Ring laser closure treatment has standardized operation, little injury, high overall safety for varicosis of great saphenous vein, can reduce incidence of postoperative complications effectively.
