Effect of Lidocaine Combined with Methylene Blue on Preemptive Analgesia and Incidence of Adverse Reactions of Hemorrhoid Patients
Objective To investigate effect of lidocaine combined with methylene blue on preemptive analgesia and incidence of adverse reactions of patients with hemorrhoids.Methods The paper chose 64 patients with hemorrhoids admitted to Suzhou City Xiangcheng the Third People's Hospital District from May 2019 to May 2023,and divided them into observation group and control group with random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with lidocaine combined with methylene blue,while control group with methylene blue only.Difference in postoperative pain and incidence of adverse reactions was compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in postoperative pain scores between two groups at 2 hours(P>0.05).Observation group had lower pain scores at 6 and 12 hours postoperatively than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of postoperative loss of appetite,nausea and vomiting,and sleep disorders in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Observation group had better life quality than control group after surgery,(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of lidocaine and methylene blue can achieve significant curative effect for hemorrhoid patients during process of advanced postoperative analgesia.
