Clinical Application of Comprehensive Treatment in Rapid Postoperative Recovery of Complex Appendicitis
Objective To evaluate effect of comprehensive treatment on postoperative recovery of patients with complex appendicitis.Methods The paper chose 92 postoperative patients with complex appendicitis in our hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 as evaluation subjects,and divided them into two groups randomly,46 cases control group were treated with routine Western medicine treatment,and 46 cases in experimental group with comprehensive treatment.Postoperative treatment effect was evaluated and compared.Results Total effective rate of treatment in experimental group(97.83%)was significantly higher than control group(80.43%),P<0.05.Experimental group had significantly better postoperative recovery(normal white blood cells,normal body temperature,anal exhaust,hospital stay)d,(12.30±1.65)h,(16.90±3.66)h,and(4.90±1.13)d than(4.05±0.85)d,(13.40±1.80)h,(19.70±4.12)h,and(5.86±1.45)d in control group,with P<0.05.Total incidence of complications in experimental group(2.17%)was significantly lower than(17.39%)in control group,P<0.05.Experimental group had significantly higher postoperative life quality(independence,social relationships,overall health,psychological state,physiological health)than control group,with P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive treatment can achieve significant effect for postoperative patients with complex appendicitis,can improve postoperative effect,promote fast postoperative recovery,reduce complications,and improve life quality of patients,which is recommended of promotion.
