Clinical Curative Effect of Hyaluronic Acid Dressings Combined with Pembrolimus Cream in Treatment of Sensitive Facial Skin
Objective To explore application effect of combination therapy of hyaluronic acid dressings and Pimecrolimus Cream in treatment of facial sensitive skin diseases.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with facial sensitive skin from January 2021 to January 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Pimecrolimus Cream,while study group with hyaluronic acid dressings as the basis.Changes in facial sensitive states including skin itching(SP),burning sensation(SB),facial erythema,texture,and pores,improvement effect and incidence of adverse reactions of patients with facial wrinkles(FWS)and life quality(DLQI)were observed and analyzed at different stages of treatment between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between two groups in terms of SP,SB,FWS,DLQL scores,facial erythema,texture,and pore scores before treatment(P>0.05).However,after 6 weeks of treatment,SP,SB scores,facial erythema,pore and texture scores,FWS scores,and DLQI scores of study group were lower than reference group,data difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Pimecrolimus Cream and hyaluronic acid dressing can alleviate skin itching and burning sensation of patients with sensitive facial skin diseases effectively,with good improvement effect on sensitive skin conditions including redness and pores,facial wrinkles,and life quality.It is not likely to cause adverse reactions with high treatment safety,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
