Correlation Analysis of Intestinal Microflora with Blood Glucose,Blood Lipid and Other Biochemical Indexes of Type 2 Diabetes
Objective To explore correlation between intestinal flora and biochemical indexes including blood glucose and blood lipid of type 2 diabetes. Methods The paper chose 100 patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 as observation group, and 100 healthy people in the same period as control group.Intestinal flora indicators, blood glucose and blood lipid indicators were compared between two groups, correlation between them was analyzed. Results Nnumber of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in observation group was lower, while number of other bacterial groups was higher than control group(P<0.05).HDL-C level in observation group was lower, and all other indicators were higher(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed blood glucose and blood lipids were positively correlated with Bacteroides,Enterococcus,Enterobacterium, and Yeast, while negatively correlated with Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus(P<0.05),while HDL-C was the opposite(P<0.05).Conclusion Intestinal flora of type 2 diabetes has obvious correlation with biochemical indexes, including blood sugar and blood lipid, which affect each other to promote progress of type 2 diabetes.
