Effect Study of Ear Acupuncture Combined with Awakening Brain and Opening Orifices Acupuncture on Life Quality of Stroke Patients
Objective To observe effect of ear acupuncture combined with brain awakening and opening orifices acupuncture on life quality of stroke patients.Methods The paper chose 80 stroke patients hospitalized in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023,and divided them into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods.Control group was treated with with brain awakening and opening orifices acupuncture on the basis of routine treatment,while observation group with ear acupuncture combined with brain awakening and opening orifices acupuncture.Life quality between two groups after treatment was compared.Results After treatment,observation group had better PSQI,SAS,swallowing function,upper and lower limb Brunnstrom,Barthel,life quality,and treatment satisfaction degree than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ear acupuncture combined with brain awakening and opening orifices acupuncture can significantly improve various symptoms,alleviate negative emotions,and improve living conditions,thinking and language abilities of stroke patients,which has significant positive effect on life quality of patients and is worth promoting
