PBL结合模拟病人教学用于妇科临床带教中的教学效果分析

目的 探讨PBL结合模拟病人教学用于妇科临床带教中的教学效果。方法 选取2019年1月—2021年12月在本院实习的108名妇科实习学生为研究对象,并随机分为对照组和研究组,每组54名。对照组采用常规教学模式,研究组采用PBL结合模拟病人教学。比较两组考试成绩、病历分析成绩、病历书写成绩,比较两组对教学模式认可度,比较两组满意度。结果 研究组考试成绩、病历分析成绩、病历书写成绩优秀率均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0。05);研究组在增强沟通交流能力、有助于知识理解和记忆、培养自学能力、提高临床思维能力、激发妇科临床学习兴趣的认可度均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0。05);研究组满意度高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 在妇科临床带教中应用PBL结合模拟病人教学法,教学质量得到明显提高,学生各项成绩优秀率显著提升,沟通能力、思维能力、学习兴趣等也有明显提升,相较于常规教学模式,医学生对PBL结合模拟病人教学法的认可度、满意度更高,值得临床推广。
Teaching Effect Analysis of PBL Combined with Simulated Patient Teaching in Gynecological Clinical Teaching
Objective To explore teaching effect of PBL combined with simulated patient teaching in gynecological clinical teaching.Methods The paper chose 108 gynecological interns from January 2019 to December 2021,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine teaching mode,while study group with PBL combined with simulated patient teaching.Exam scores,case analysis scores,and case writing scores were compared between two groups,recognition of teaching mode and satisfaction degree was compared.Results Exam scores,case analysis scores,and excellent case writing scores in study group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Recognition level of study group in enhancing communication and communication skills,facilitating knowledge understanding and memory,cultivating self-learning ability,improving clinical thinking ability,and stimulating gynecological clinical learning interest was higher than control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of study group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with simulated patient teaching method can achieve significantly effect in gynecological clinical teaching,can improve teaching quality,excellent rate of students in various grades and communication ability,thinking ability,learning interest significantly.Medical students have higher recognition and satisfaction degree with PBL combined with simulated patient teaching method than routine teaching methods,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
