Teaching Effect Analysis of PBL Combined with Simulated Patient Teaching in Gynecological Clinical Teaching
Objective To explore teaching effect of PBL combined with simulated patient teaching in gynecological clinical teaching.Methods The paper chose 108 gynecological interns from January 2019 to December 2021,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine teaching mode,while study group with PBL combined with simulated patient teaching.Exam scores,case analysis scores,and case writing scores were compared between two groups,recognition of teaching mode and satisfaction degree was compared.Results Exam scores,case analysis scores,and excellent case writing scores in study group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Recognition level of study group in enhancing communication and communication skills,facilitating knowledge understanding and memory,cultivating self-learning ability,improving clinical thinking ability,and stimulating gynecological clinical learning interest was higher than control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of study group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with simulated patient teaching method can achieve significantly effect in gynecological clinical teaching,can improve teaching quality,excellent rate of students in various grades and communication ability,thinking ability,learning interest significantly.Medical students have higher recognition and satisfaction degree with PBL combined with simulated patient teaching method than routine teaching methods,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
