Guiding Effect of Lapsim Virtual Simulation Laparoscopic Training System in Clinical Teaching
Objective To explore guiding effect of LapSim virtual simulation laparoscopic training system in clinical teaching.Methods The paper chose 40 surgical residents in Southern University of Science and Technology Hospital from July to December 2021 as research subjects,and divided them into two groups according to clinical teaching methods,LapSim virtual simulation laparoscopic training system group(virtual simulation group)and traditional teaching group,with 20 cases in each group.Laparoscopic assessment scores,teaching evaluation,teaching quality,and teaching satisfaction degree was analyzed statistically between two groups.Results residents in virtual simulation group had higher scores than traditional teaching group in theoretical test,virtual system operation,intestinal anastomosis,suture and knotting,alternating clip beans,paper cutting circles,threading,and overall evaluation(P<0.05).Virtual simulation group showed higher scores in stimulating learning interest,improving learning efficiency,enhancing knowledge understanding,mastering course content,improving clinical thinking ability,and overall teaching evaluation than traditional teaching group(P<0.05).Clinical thinking ability,clinical operation level,adaptability,communication ability,team cooperation satisfaction degree and overall teaching quality in virtual simulation group was higher than traditional teaching group(P<0.05).Teaching satisfaction degree in virtual simulation group was higher than traditional teaching group,(χ2=5.161,P<0.05).Conclusion LapSim virtual simulation laparoscopic training system can achieve significant guiding effect in clinical teaching,which is worth promoting.
