Application of Early Rehabilitation Nursing for Neonates with Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy
Objective To explore application of early rehabilitation nursing for neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Methods The paper chose 60 neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)in neonatal department of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2021,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with early rehabilitation nursing.Both groups were treated with 4 weeks of nursing,followed up for 1 year,nursing effect was compared between two groups.Results Head circumference,weight,and body length of observation group was higher than control group at 6 and 12 months of age(P<0.05).At 12 months of age,Gesell scores of fine motor,gross motor,adaptive behavior,language,and social behavior in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).MDI scores,PDI scores,and NBNA scores of observation group at 6 and 12 months of age were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can achieve significant effect for HIE neonates,can improve intelligence,neurobehavioral development and promote physical growth effectively.
