Effect of Early Rehabilitation Combined with Systematic Psychological Intervention on Motor Function and Prognosis of Patients with Brain Injury
Objective To analyze effect of early rehabilitation combined with systematic psychological intervention on motor function and prognosis of patients with brain injury.Methods The paper chose 90 patients with brain injury admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022,and divided them into group A and B according to different intervention methods,with 45 cases in each group.Group A was treated with early rehabilitation intervention,while group B with early rehabilitation combined with systematic psychological intervention.Neurological function,psychological status,cognitive function,motor function,living ability,incidence of complications,and prognosis was compared between two groups.Results Comparison of neurological function,psychological state,cognitive function,motor function,and life ability between two groups before intervention showed P>0.05.After intervention,all indicators in group B were better than group A,with P<0.05.Incidence of complications in group B was lower than group A,P<0.05.Good prognosis rate of group B was higher than group A,with P<0.05.Conclusion Early rehabilitation combined with systematic psychological intervention can achieve significant effect,can improve neurological function,reduce negative emotions,improve cognitive function,motor function,and life ability,and reduce complications of patients greatly,which is beneficial for prognosis and can be applied and promoted.
