Effect Study of Full Prenatal Prenatal Nursing of Family Member Style on Delivery Method Choice and Pregnancy Outcome of Pregnant Women
Objective To analyze effect of full prenatal nursing of family member style on delivery method choice and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women.Methods The paper chose 96 pregnant women in a tertiary A hospital in a city from May 2022 to May 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into control group(n=48)and observation group(n=48)with random number table method.Control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while observation group with full prenatal nursing of family member style.Effect of two different nursing methods on delivery method choice,delivery situation,and pregnancy outcome was compared.Results Observation group had higher rate of vaginal delivery than control group(P<0.05).Observation group had shorter delivery time than control group,less intraoperative bleeding,and lower VAS scores than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Full prenatal nursing of family member style has strong targeting,can reduce cesarean section rate,shorten delivery time of pregnant women,reduce intraoperative bleeding and pain,and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes effectively,which has high promotion and application value.
