Effect Analysis of Operating Room Nursing Intervention on Psychological Status and Agitation of Patients During Recovery Period from General Anesthesia
Objective To study effect of nursing intervention in operating room on psychological status and agitation of patients during recovery period of general anesthesia,and provide reference for nursing practice in operating room.Methods The paper chose 90 patients with surgical treatment in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 in recovery period from general anesthesia as observation samples,divided them into groups with random number method according to research needs.Control group(n=45)was treated with routine operating room nursing intervention,while observation group(n=45)with refined operating room nursing intervention.Psychological status,restlessness scores,and restlessness incidence were compared between two groups.Results Anxiety and depression scores,general anesthesia recovery time,and restlessness scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group,incidence of restlessness was lower than control group.Comparison data study of relevant indicators between two groups showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine operating room nursing can achieve ideal clinical application effect and significant effect for patients during recovery period of general anesthesia in restlessness avoidance.
