Application Effect and of New Nursing Models on Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients with Cardiorenal Syndrome and Its Effect on LVEF
Objective To observe and analyze clinical effect of new nursing models on maintenance hemodialysis patients with cardiorenal syndrome.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with cardiorenal syndrome with maintenance hemodialysis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into two groups with random number table method.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with new nursing model.Intervention results was compared.Results Observation group showed better improvement in cardiac function indicators than control group,there was difference between two groups(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in observation group was lower than control group,there was difference between two groups(P<0.05).Comparison of NT proBNP,hs cTnT indicators,and 6-minute walking distance of patients showed,overall effect of observation group was better than control group,there was difference between two groups(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group,there was difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion New nursing model can improve cardiac function indicators,reduce incidence of adverse events,ensure curative effect of maintenance hemodialysis patients with cardiorenal syndrome,which has promotional value.
