Effect of Targeted Psychological Intervention on Shame and Life Quality of Lymphoma Patients
Objective To analyze effect of targeted psychological intervention on shame and life quality of lymphoma patients.Methods The paper reviewed and collected 140 lymphoma patients admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to December 2022,and divided them into control group(n=72 cases)and study group(n=68 cases)according to different psychological intervention methods.Control group was treated with routine psychological intervention,while study group with targeted psychological intervention.Difference in disease shame and life quality between two groups was analyzed and compared,statistical data analysis was carried out with software.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in sense of shame between study group and control group(P>0.05).After intervention,level of shame in study group was significantly lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in QLQC-30 scores between study group and control group(P>0.05).After intervention,QLQC-30 scores in study group were significantly lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted psychological intervention can reduce shame and improve life quality of lymphoma patients than routine psychological intervention significantly,which can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
