Nutrition Nursing and Complications Prevention of Enteralnutrition Nutrition Tube of Critically Ill Patients
Objective To analyze nutrition nursing and preventive effect of complications of Enteralnutrition nutrition tube of critically ill patients. Methods Sixty critically ill patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and divided into 2 groups according to randomization method. The control group(n=30)received parenteral nutrition support intervention, and the observation group(n=30)received early intranasal nutrition care. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Observation group had shorter ICU hospitalization days, bowel sound recovery time, and total hospitalization days than control group, and lower hospitalization costs than control group(P<0.05).Nutritional status of observation group after nursing was better than control group(P<0.05).After intervention, life quality scores of observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Immune function of observation group was significantly better than control group after catheterization(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of family members in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early enteral nutrition through Enteralnutrition tubes can better maintain nutritional status of critically ill patients, improve immune system, reduce complications, and promote faster recovery.
