Effect of"2+1"Guided Music Accompanying Painless Delivery Mode on Pregnancy Outcomes of Primiparous Women with Painless Delivery
Objective To explore effect of"2+1"guided music accompanying painless delivery mode on pregnancy outcomes of primiparous women with painless delivery.Methods The paper chose 102 primiparous women admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023,and divided them into two groups based on different pregnancy patterns.Control group(n=56 cases)was treated with routine delivery mode,while observation group(n=56 cases)with"2+1"guided accompaniment painless delivery mode.Pregnancy outcomes(delivery method,labor pain scores,2-hour postpartum hemorrhage),labor duration,and psychological status were compared between two groups.Results Comparison of SAS and SDS scale scores between two groups before intervention showed(P>0.05).After intervention,vaginal delivery rate in observation group was higher than control group,degree of labor pain,2-hour postpartum bleeding,labor process time,and SAS and SDS scale scores were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion"2+1"guide accompanying painless delivery mode can improve pregnancy outcomes,reduce postpartum pain and bleeding,shorten delivery process,and alleviate adverse psychological states of primiparous women effectively,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
