Effect Analysis of Predictive Nursing on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Elderly Cholecystitis Patients with Minimally Invasive Surgery
Objective To explore effect of predictive nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of elderly cholecystitis patients with minimally invasive surgery. Methods The paper chose 118 elderly cholecystitis patients with minimally invasive surgery in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023,and divided them into observation group and control group randomly based on admission order, with 59 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing, while observation group with predictive nursing, including preoperative psychological intervention, early postoperative activities, dietary guidance, and prevention of complications.Postoperative hospital stay, incidence of complications, life quality scores, and satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results Postoperative length of stay in observation group was, significantly shorter than in control group,(P<0.05).Patients in observation group recovered quickly after surgery and could be discharged as soon as possible.Incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than control group, with lower risk of postoperative complications(P<0.05).Life quality and satisfaction degree of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing can meet postoperative rehabilitation needs of patients effectively, reduce incidence of complications, improve life quality and satisfaction degree of patients, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
