Effect of Preventive Nursing on Adverse Reactions Caused By Iodine Contrast Agents of Patients with CT Enhanced Scanning
Objective To investigate effect of preventive nursing on adverse reactions caused by iodine contrast agents of patients with CT enhanced scanning. Methods The paper chose 173 patients with enhanced CT scans in our hospital from June to December 2022 as study subjects, and divided them into control group and observation group randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing, while observation group with preventive nursing based on control group.Examination satisfaction degree, service attitude, communication skills, comfort, nursing quality scores and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results Satisfaction degree(including service attitude, communication skills, comfort, and nursing quality)of observation group was higher than control group, difference was statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than control group, difference was statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine nursing combined with preventive nursing intervention can improve patient examination results, increase examination satisfaction, and reduce incidence of adverse reactions effectively, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
