Imaging Characteristics and Diagnostic Value Study of Spiral CT Scanning for Mycobacterium Tuberculosis Pulmonary Disease
Objective To study imaging characteristics and clinical diagnostic value of spiral CT scanning for patients with mycobacterium tuberculosis pulmonary disease. Methods The paper chose 155 patients with mycobacterium tuberculosis lung disease in our hospital from October 2021 to February 2023 as study subjects, carried on spiral CT scans based on retrospective analysis of data, and analyze imaging characteristics and diagnostic value of patients with gold standards of pathology, bacteriology, and fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Results Imaging characteristicsanalysis showed,155 cases had presence of patchy infiltration signs, scattered lesions, cord and node signs, pleural thickening, multiple cavities, atelectasis, and pleural effusion based on examination of spiral CT scanning.Among them, patchy infiltration signs(89.03%),scattered lesions(69.68%),and cord and node signs(63.23%)accounted for relatively high proportion.Diagnostic value analysis showed,120 cases were positive and 35 cases were negative according to the gold standard examination.Based on spiral CT scanning,117 cases were positive and 32 cases were negative. After spiral CT scanning diagnosis, the positive detection rate(77.42%),sensitivity(97.50%),specificity(91.43%),positive predictive value(97.50%),and negative predictive value(91.43%)were detected. There was no significant difference from the gold standard(P>0.05).Diagnostic compliance rate(96.13%)was relatively low, there was difference from the gold standard. Conclusion Spiral CT scanning can provide early and accurate diagnosis for patients with mycobacterium tuberculosis pulmonary disease, with high diagnostic effect, important reference value and clear observation of imaging characteristics, which is conducive to developing treatment plans for patients as soon as possible, and worthy of great application and promotion in clinical diagnosis schemes.
