Screening Results Analysis and CountermeasuresResearch on Gastric Cancer Risk of Population with Physical Examination
Objective To screen and evaluate gastric cancer risk of population with physical examination, and explore effective prevention strategies to provide practical guidance for early prevention and treatment of gastric cancer. Methods The paper chose 11816 people aged 40 and above with gastric function testing in Health Management Center of Shandong Electric Power Center Hospital from 2020 to 2021 as research subjects.Gastric cancer risk screening was carried out with the Chinese new gastric cancer screening scoring system, data were analyzed with SPSS 22.0 software. Results According to the analysis, proportion of gastric cancer risk scores of high-risk group<medium risk group<low risk group. The proportion of high-risk individuals of males was 36.69%,while that of females is only 1.11%,with significant gender difference(P<0.05).Population aged 40~49 and above had high proportion of low-risk individuals;proportion for medium to high risk of people aged 50~69 increased gradually with age, there was significant difference(P<0.05).PGR level in low risk group>medium risk group>high risk group.PGII and G17 levels in high risk group>medium risk group>low risk group.PGI level in medium risk group>low risk group>high risk group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted gastric cancer risk screening is of great significance for population with physical examination. It is suggested to strengthen health education and publicity, gastric cancer screening, promote detection and treatment of helicobacter pylori infection, intervene and pay attention to family history of gastric cancer, and encourage interdisciplinary cooperation to reduce incidence rate of gastric cancer.
