Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Combining with Western Medicine in Treatment of Postoperative Anal and Rectal Diseases with Anal Itching
Objective To observe effect of traditional Chinese combined with western medicine in treatment of postoperative anal and rectal diseases complicated with anal itching.Methods The paper collected 88 cases of postoperative diseases complicated with anal itching in colorectal surgery department from January 2021 to January 2023.Routine treatment group(44 cases)was treated with routine western medicine treatment;combination of TCM and western medicine group(44 cases)with traditional Chinese combined with western medicine.Curative effect was researched.Results Disappearance time of perianal secretions and skin lesion symptoms in combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group was shorter than routine treatment group,(3.89±1.02)d vs(5.67±1.87)d;(5.64±1.01)d vs(7.68±1.45)d(P<0.05).Clinical effect rate of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group was higher than routine treatment group,95.46%vs 77.27%(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group was lower than routine treatment group,4.54%vs.22.73%(P<0.05).After 10 days of treatment,serum factor levels in combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group were lower than routine treatment group(P<0.05).After 10 days of treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group were lower than routine treatment group:itching symptom scores(0.39±0.02)points and(1.69±0.33)points;constipation symptom scores(0.59±0.06)points and(1.69±0.17)points;perianal abscess symptom scores(0.58±0.03)points and(1.11±0.24)points(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can achieve better curaitve effect for patients with postoperative anal and rectal diseases complicated by anal itching.
