Clinical Advantage Evaluation of Strengthening Foundation and Eliminating Symptoms Decoction Combined with Laparoscopic Surgery in Treatment of Colorectal Cancer
Objective To explore clinical advantages of strengthening foundation and eliminating symptoms decoction combined with laparoscopic surgery in treatment of colorectal cancer.Methods The paper chose 46 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to July 2023 for study,treated with laparoscopic surgery,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 23 cases in each group.Control group was treated with chemotherapy with XELOX scheme(oxaliplatin,capecitabine)after surgery,while observation group with strengthening foundation and eliminating symptoms decoction on the basis.Curative effect was compared between two groups.Results Observation group had shorter anal exhaust and length of stay than control group(P<0.05).Intervention with serum carbohydrate antigen 199 and carcinoembryonic antigen had lower prognosis(P<0.05).Tumor necrosis factor-α,Interleukin-6 and immune function indicators in intervention group were better than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with strengthening foundation and eliminating symptoms decoction can promote postoperative recovery,improve immune system,reduce inflammatory reactions,and minimize adverse reactions of patients with colorectal cancer.
