多频振动排痰联合充气排痰法预防ICU患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的效果

目的 探讨多频振动排痰联合充气排痰法预防ICU患者呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的效果.方法 将2021年8月—2022年8月本院ICU接收建立人工气道的患者110例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=55)和观察组(n=55).对照组采用多频振动排痰治疗,观察组采用多频振动排痰联合充气排痰法治疗,观察两组排痰情况、氧合能力及并发症发生情况(VAP、肺不张).结果 治疗后,两组患者24h排痰量、吸痰次数均较治疗前减少,且观察组少于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者PaO2、SpO2水平均较治疗前升高,且观察组水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者VAP、肺不张发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 多频振动排痰联合充气排痰法应用于ICU患者中可以有效提高排痰效果,改善氧合能力,且在预防VAP、肺不张等并发症方面具有较好的效果.
Effect of Multi Frequency Vibration Sputum Expulsion Combined with Inflation Sputum Expulsion Method on Preventing Ventilator-associated Pneumonia of ICU Patients
Objective To explore effect of multi frequency vibration sputum drainage combined with inflation sputum drainage on preventing ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP)of ICU patients.Methods The paper chose 110 patients with artificial airways in our ICU from August 2021 to August 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into control group(n=55)and observation group(n=55)with random number table method.Control group was treated with multi frequency vibration sputum therapy,while observation group with multi frequency vibration sputum therapy combined with inflation sputum therapy.Sputum excretion,oxygenation capacity,and incidence of complications(VAP,atelectasis)was observed between two groups.Results After treatment,the 24-hour sputum output and suction frequency of two groups was lower than before treatment,that of observation group was less than control group(P<0.05).The levels of PaO2 and SpO2 of two groups were higher than before treatment,and levels in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of VAP and atelectasis in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi frequency vibration sputum expulsion combined with inflation sputum expulsion method can effectively improve sputum expulsion effect,oxygenation ability of of ICU patients,with good effect in preventing complications including VAP and atelectasis.
