Clinical Effect of Glutathione Combined with Shuganning in Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B
Objective To analyze clinical effect of glutathione and Shuganning in treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods The paper chose 120 patients with chronic hepatitis B in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023.Control group was treated with Shuganning injection for treatment,while observation group with combined treatment with glutathione on the basis.Changes in liver function related values before and after treatment,incidence of adverse reactions in comprehensive treatment effect were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in TBIL,ALT,and AST values of liver function between observation group and treatment group before treatment,which wsa comparable between groups,P>0.05.After treatment,liver function values of observation group were better than control group,there was significant difference between two groups P<0.05.Comprehensive treatment effect rate of observation group was 90%,higher than 72%in control group.There was significant difference between two groups,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in treatment safety between observation group and control group,there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion Combination of glutathione and Shuganning injection can achieve good clinical effect in treatment of chronic hepatitis B,can achieve good treatment safety,improve patient symptoms,and comprehensive treatment effect,with significant effect and no new adverse reactions in comprehensive treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients,which can be promoted.
