Curative Effect of Azithromycin Sequential Therapy Combined with Modified Ephedra,Apricot Kernel,Gypsum and Licorice Decoction on Pediatric Mycoplasma Pneumonia
Objective To explore application value of azithromycin sequential therapy combined with modified ephedra,apricot kernel,gypsum and licorice decoction for children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods The paper chose 62 children with mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital from August 2020 to December 2022,and divided them into group A and B randomly,with 31 cases in each group.Group A was treated with sequential therapy with azithromycin,while group B with modified ephedra,apricot kernel,gypsum and licorice decoction on the basis.Clinical Effect,improvement of clinical symptoms,interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),results of T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+)were compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate of group A was higher than group B(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough and phlegm,temperature recovery,and dry and wet rales in group A was shorter than group B(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin group A was lower than group B(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of CD3+and CD4+in group A were higher than group B(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in group A was lower than group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Sequential therapy with azithromycin combined with modified ephedra,apricot kernel,gypsum and licorice decoction can improve clinical effect,immune function,shorten time for clinical symptom improvement,alleviate inflammation of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,with medication safety.
