Clinical Effect Study on Tocilizumanin Treatment of Elderly Heart Failure Complicated with Hypertension and Hyponatremia
Objective To explore clinical effect of tovastatin in treatment of elderly heart failure with hypertension and hyponatremia.Methods The paper chose 50 elderly patients with heart failure,hypertension,and hyponatremia in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly.Control group was treated with routine treatment and furosemide tablets,while observation group with to facilitan.Cardiac function,blood pressure,urine output,and life quality was compared between two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in various cardiac function indicators,blood pressure,serum sodium levels,and urine output indicators between two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,observation group had better cardiac function indicators,blood pressure,urine volume indicators,and life quality than control group(P<0.05).ConclusionTofacilitan treatment can significantly improve clinical indicators including heart function,blood pressure,and life quality of elderly patients with heart failure combined with hypertension and hyponatremia,with good effect.
